Haifeng Yin graduated from Shandong University with a bachelor’s degree in law. He previously worked for years in the Civil Division of Jinan Intermediate People’s Court, engaging in adjudication and mediation. Wei Liu focuses on criminal law and has nearly 30 years of legal practice experience since beginning his career in 1995. He has handled numerous cases in criminal defense, corporate legal affairs, and civil and commercial disputes, gaining rich practical experience. Mr. Liu specializes in defending serious, complex, and challenging criminal cases. In multiple difficult second-instance cases, he has achieved results such as acquittals, case withdrawals, non-prosecution decisions, and sentences below the statutory minimum. His work has been honored with the “First Prize for Excellent Criminal Defense Cases” by the Shanghai Bar Association.
