Cultural Philosophy
Soaring Excellence, Broadening Horizons
The name “Intco” is derived from the combination of “英” (Ying) from “Soaring Excellence” and “科” (Ke) from “Broadening Horizons.”
“Soaring Excellence” originates from Sima Xiangru’s “Fengshan Text,” symbolizing reputation and prosperity in careers. It represents the Intco team’s confidence and magnanimity in pursuing dreams, their unwavering spirit in achieving fairness and justice, and their well-wishes for themselves and their clients, striving together for success.
“Rule and Norm” is inspired by the patriotic poet Qu Yuan’s “Li Sao” from the Warring States period, representing rules and regulations, while “Science” comes from the ancient legal form “Lu Ling Ke Bi,” signifying law. This signifies the Intco team’s mission to uphold fairness, justice, and the advancement of societal law.
