About Intcolaw
Intcolaw Partners Shanghai advises Chinese and international clients on disputes, transactions and regulatory matters. Our work covers commercial litigation and arbitration, corporate and investment matters, capital markets, intellectual property, employment and private client matters, with particular experience in cases involving more than one jurisdiction.
Our lawyers bring experience from legal practice, business, finance, engineering and public-sector work. Several members of the team have studied or worked overseas. This combination allows us to consider both the legal issues and the commercial context of a matter, and to work effectively with overseas counsel, financial advisers, accountants and other professional advisers when cross-border coordination is required.
