Haifeng Yin graduated from Shandong University with a bachelor’s degree in law. He previously worked for years in the Civil Division of Jinan Intermediate People’s Court, engaging in adjudication and mediation. She has led or participated in numerous cases involving lease disputes, loan disputes, labor contract issues, private financing conflicts, and property service agreements. She has developed a mature litigation team workflow and case management system to ensure efficient and high-quality legal services.

Mr. Liu specializes in defending serious, complex, and challenging criminal cases. In multiple difficult second-instance cases, he has achieved results such as acquittals, case withdrawals, non-prosecution decisions, and sentences below the statutory minimum. His work has been honored with the “First Prize for Excellent Criminal Defense Cases” by the Shanghai Bar Association.

In the field of corporate and commercial legal services, Liu has extensive experience.
