Sha Zhou specialises in civil and commercial dispute resolution. Since beginning her legal practice in 2017, she has developed experience in both litigation/arbitration and capital markets.

Ms Zhou is proficient in handling litigation and arbitration cases in areas such as corporate law, contract law, and labour law. She has led or participated in a range of cases involving lease disputes, loan disputes, labour contract issues, private financing conflicts, and property service agreements. She has also developed litigation workflows and case-management procedures.

In addition to her litigation expertise, Ms Zhou is also familiar with mergers and acquisitions, bond issuance, private equity, and public funds. She provides legal services covering business contract review, dispute resolution, and M&A transactions. Her work includes transaction structuring, legal documentation and compliance review.
