An Shu previously worked at DeHeng Law Offices and an asset management company. Her experience includes domestic and cross-border M&A, the establishment and operation of private fund managers and fund products, trust products, overseas listings, investment and financing, and equity incentive arrangements.

Selected Matters

• Advising companies in the TMT, cultural tourism, trade and logistics sectors on ongoing corporate matters.
• Advising on equity incentive schemes, partnership dissolutions and disputes concerning shareholder rights and corporate control.
• Conducting due diligence for industrial, agricultural, trading, education and consumer-sector projects, including an overseas listing review for a fashion brand.
• Conducting legal due diligence for the overseas sale of an originator pharmaceutical product by a domestic pharmaceutical company.
• Participating in listing work for Douyu Culture (211958), Luopu 3D (212011) and Nikei Real Estate (211982) at the Shanghai Equity Custody Trading Centre.
• Participating in the establishment and operation of an OTC exchange in the United Kingdom.
