Yang Gao holds a bachelor’s degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and a master’s degree from Nankai University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and a qualified Tax Agent, bringing legal, financial and tax perspectives to her work.

Experience

Before entering legal practice, Ms Gao served for several years as investment director of a listed company and gained experience across the property development cycle. Her work includes property transactions, investment cooperation agreements, due diligence and M&A.

Her background in science, finance, taxation and law informs her analysis of complex commercial and private-client disputes. She has handled high-value financial disputes arising from matrimonial, inheritance and relationship matters, including cases involving opposite-sex and same-sex partners.
