Jiasheng Li graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He has advised central state-owned enterprises, other state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested businesses and private companies.
Experience
In non-contentious work, he has acted as ongoing legal adviser, led compliance assessments, participated in asset acquisitions and delivered training on intellectual property, company law and compliance frameworks.
His litigation and arbitration work includes domestic and cross-border commercial disputes involving equity investments, trade secrets, non-compete obligations, construction, bankruptcy and liquidation, and international trade. He also has experience with alternative dispute resolution.
