Haifeng Yin graduated from Shandong University with a bachelor’s degree in law. He previously worked for years in the Civil Division of Jinan Intermediate People’s Court, engaging in adjudication and mediation. This experience has given him deep familiarity with court procedures and judicial reasoning.

After becoming a practicing lawyer, he has mainly focused on civil and commercial disputes, equity issues, financial leasing, and company legal advisory services. He has long been committed to the research and practice of corporate legal services, actively expanding the breadth and depth of enterprise legal counsel work.
