Mr Li has participated in drafting several high-level policy documents, including the State Council’s research report on the “Negative List System for Market Access,” the “Shanghai State-owned Enterprise Reform Plan,” and the study on “The Role of Party Leadership in Corporate Governance.”

He led the arbitration case involving a Shanghai-based group’s acquisition of Israel’s Mitrie Dairy Company.
