Yanjun Ren specialises in commercial litigation and non-litigation legal services, particularly in the construction and building materials industry. Her expertise includes contract disputes, factoring agreements, and accounts receivable risk management.

Experience

Ren holds dual degrees in Law and Applied Psychology. She interned at a People’s Court in Shanghai and has since provided efficient legal services to both state-owned and private enterprises.

Selected Matters

• In litigation, she has handled a range of high-value cases—typically worth tens of millions of RMB—for clients in the construction materials industry, including contract disputes and recourse right claims. She has also managed many factoring contract disputes.
• In non-litigation work, Ren has provided risk management training for large SOEs, issued legal opinions, drafted and reviewed contracts, and conducted debt settlement negotiations (including property-for-debt arrangements). She has also mentored five junior lawyers at her previous firm.
