Experience

Yanren Gao has advised more than ten private equity firms. His fund practice covers formation, fundraising, investment structures and agreements, post-investment management, exit arrangements, compliance and risk control.

He also handles shareholder disputes, equity incentive schemes, corporate deadlocks, supplementary enforcement proceedings and employment disputes, and advises property developers, construction companies and property managers. His English-language and legal training supports his work on international commercial and arbitration matters.
