Experience

Haifeng Yin graduated from Shandong University with a bachelor’s degree in law. He previously worked in the Civil Division of Jinan Intermediate People’s Court on adjudication and mediation, giving him practical familiarity with court procedure and judicial reasoning.

His work includes corporate policies, equity structures, contract management, commercial disputes, financial leasing, employment-risk management and legal training for companies. He advises on both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
