With nearly 20 years’ professional experience, Yanhua Sun has provided integrated legal services (including corporate advisory work, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border trade, corporate operations and enforcement) to foreign-invested enterprises, private enterprises, start-ups, listed companies, state-owned enterprises, and clients from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.

Areas of Practice

Litigation: Complex civil and commercial litigation, share transfers, international trade, contractual disputes, construction projects, financial lending and enforcement proceedings.

Non-litigation: Corporate legal advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, financial and tax compliance, project negotiations, investment and financing, and the drafting of performance-based agreements.
