Jinxiang Shao previously served for several years at a provincial-level procuratorate and later worked as Senior Legal Manager for a construction company. His experience covers the procedures of procuratorates and courts as well as property development, design, construction and supervision.

He has represented state-owned and private enterprises in litigation and has served as legal counsel to construction and building-materials companies.
