Robert Li specialises in domestic and international commercial litigation, international arbitration, international trade, intellectual property rights protection, maritime and admiralty law, corporate governance and investment mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets, criminal defence, and risk management, as well as anti-monopoly and unfair competition law.

• Copyright infringement case for Cut-e (AON-Hewitt M&A segment) – selected as one of the Top Ten Intellectual Property Cases in Shanghai 2020.
• Litigation in Rotterdam and The Hague involving TSS Company, Hong Kong and companies from Greece, Singapore, and the Netherlands – recognised as one of the top legal service cases for “Belt and Road” dispute resolution.
• Contract dispute case between Beijing Nalt and Shanghai Yingluo Logistics – selected as one of the “Top Ten National Contract Dispute Cases”.
• International trade litigation for a Shenzhen Stock Exchange-listed company in Montreal.
• International arbitration at the HKIAC between a major company and an American company.
• R&D dispute involving a Zhejiang automotive component manufacturer with British OXIS and a Danish company.
• International trade dispute for a subsidiary of a domestic listed company with a Singaporean company.
• Arbitration in Singapore International Arbitration Centre involving a pharmaceutical company and an American company’s Indian subsidiary.
